Promontory of San Trano

The promontory is constructed from granite and located on a hill which offers a panoramic view of the Strait of Bonifacio. This place is ideal for those who have a love of nature and the outdoors. Located on the promontory is one of the largest rural churches in Luogosanto. The festival is held on the first Sunday of June, and consists of religious ceremonies with a lunch, consisting of traditional meat, soup and local wine offered by the members of 'the suprastantia' (members of the organising committee).
