Fountain of Maria Rosa

At the beginning of the dense forest that surrounds the village, you can visit the ancient fountain of Maria Rosa (13th century). It was the first source of water supply to Luogosanto. In the centre are the following 19th century fountains: Lu Pisciaroni at the beginning of Via San Trano; La Funtanèdda, with an adjoining bath trough for the cattle that were once used to pull the wagon; La Funtana Nòa on the left, at the beginning of Via Regina Elena.
